As soon as a bill is tabled for discussion in Parliament, it legally becomes a public document — at least in theory.
In practice, you would have to be at Parliament on the day it is tabled to get a hard copy, or know whom to email to ask for the PDF. We think it’s important that these bills are as easy to view as possible for all Namibians, so we are putting them up here.
When new bills are tabled, we will try to update this page as quickly as possible. The table lists newer bills first.
