All Bills Tabled in the NA in 2017/18

As soon as a bill is tabled for discussion in Parliament, it legally becomes a public document — at least in theory.

In practice, you would have to be at Parliament on the day it is tabled to get a hard copy, or know whom to email to ask for the PDF. We think it’s important that these bills are as easy to view as possible for all Namibians, so we are putting them up here.

When new bills are tabled, we will try to update this page as quickly as possible. The table lists newer bills first.

Namibia Revenue Agency Bill

Usury Amendment Bill

Lotteries Bill

One-Stop Border Posts Control Bill

Controlled Wildlife Products and Trade Act Amendment Bill

Public-Private Partnership Bill

Local Authorities Amendment Bill (amendments coming)

Regional Councils Amendment Bill (amendments coming)

Appropriation Bill (The actual budget documents are here for expenditure and revenue estimates and here for development projects)

Access to Biological and Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge Bill
