This report analyses Namibia’s trade performance in 2024 and 2025, with a particular focus on the country’s economic relationship with the European Union. Drawing on the latest Namibia Statistics Agency trade data, it examines export and import trends, the composition of trade, key trading partners and the contribution of trade with the EU to employment and economic diversification. The report was prepared by IPPR research associate Robin Sherbourne for the European Union Delegation in Namibia.
