Justin Ellis is a consultant on educational issues. He was previously the Undersecretary for Lifelong Learning in the Ministry of Education from 1990 to 2008. He ran the Namibia Refugee Project in London, UK from 1981 to 1990. He holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Manchester in the UK.
