The Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) maintained a strong and diverse programme of work in 2025, focusing on governance, transparency, economic policy, and Namibia’s emerging energy transition. Despite a challenging funding environment, the Institute continued to produce high-quality research and convene public dialogues on key national issues.
