in late 2016,the IPPR took a look at the proposed Hybrid Governance System.
Now, in a publication to be launched with this discussion, we take a look at what has happened since then.
What counts as a public enterprise in Namibia, and who is covered by new governance regulations? What steps has the Ministry taken to improve board appointments and monitor performance of public enterprises, and will these steps bear fruit?
The discussion will seek to shed some light on these issues.
