On February 6, the Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Hon. Tjekero Tweya, convened a press conference to respond to an IPPR publication called Access Denied.
Our publication had found that only a small fraction of ministries responded to our requests for information. Hon. Tweya’s statement criticised IPPR’s report, but we stand by our results. Our full response can be read here.
