Namibia is not out of the doldrums yet, though the downturn may be slowing. The Business Climate Monitor for March shows a modest improvement from February’s level. However, this does not mean growth:
high-frequency indicators still suggest the economy is contracting but at a slightly slower rate than was the case in the preceding month
