Max has worked with the IPPR as a Research Associate since 2015. His research has focussed on the work of parliament, governance issues, transparency in the extractive industries, and anti-corruption strategies. He holds a Masters degree in Development Studies from the University of Oxford in the UK.
The Institute for Public Policy Research has a mission to deliver independent, analytical, critical yet constructive research into social, political and economic issues that affect development in Namibia.
